As founder and CEO of Soar With Her LLC, I help organizations navigate complex business challenges and transformation with strategic precision. I work closely with investment managers and financial services firms, including private equity and investment banks, to strengthen operations, modernize technology ecosystems, maximize ROI, and align infrastructure with long-term business objectives. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in operations, strategy, and technology leadership, I help businesses scale with clarity, adaptability, and measurable results.
My career took flight at the US headquarters of Schaeffler Group, a global manufacturing leader where I discovered my passion for operational strategy, continuous improvement, and running toward proverbial fires. There I learned how structure and innovation work in tandem to drive progress, forming the foundation of the strategic mindset I bring to every engagement. That experience led me to Commercial Credit Group, where I advanced business operations and asset management while enhancing systems, strengthening vendor relationships, and introducing new technologies that elevated performance across the organization. That experience taught me that the strongest systems and processes fall short without trust, collaboration, and the right people behind them.
The next five years immersed me in the fast-paced world of SaaS at Intapp, the company behind the DealCloud CRM and pipeline management solution. Establishing myself as an integrator of technology and people, I led an overhaul of their client-facing tech stack, transformed C Suite reporting, advised on complex software solutions, and co-founded WIN, their Women’s Interest Network in my spare time. My work with WIN led to speaking engagements, consulting opportunities, and a seat on the board of LWT, the Leading Women in Technology nonprofit, where I have served since 2022.
